چکیده
El virus de la gripe ha acompañado al ser humano desde tiempo inmemorial, en forma epidemias anuales y pandemias ocasionales. Se trata una infección respiratoria con múltiples repercusiones sobre vida las personas a nivel individual social supone importante sobrecarga para el sistema sanitario. presente documento consenso surge colaboración diversas sociedades científicas españolas implicadas atención por gripe. Las conclusiones extraídas se han fundamentado evidencias mayor calidad disponibles literatura científica y, su defecto, opinión los expertos convocados. En abordan aspectos clínicos, microbiológicos, terapéuticos preventivos (respecto prevención transmisión relación vacunación) gripe, tanto población pediátrica como adultos.
